本实验将24只昆明雄性大白鼠随机均分为三组,即正常对照组,发热高峰组及发热恢复组,给发热组动物腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素(ET)。结果发现:发热高峰组动物与正常对照组比较血清Cu含量明显)曾加(P<0.05),血清Fe含量明显减少(P<0.001),Zn、Mg含量虽也有减少,但无显著性差异,恢复组动物与对照组比较血清Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg含量均无明显变化。丘脑下部组织Cu、Zn、Fe和Mg在发热高峰组与对照组比较无明显变化,发热恢复组动物与对照组比较,丘及下部Cu、Zn含量明显增加(P<0.01)。作者认为:大鼠ET发热时血清微量元素Cu、zn、Fe、Mg含量与丘脑下部的含量变化无关,血清Cu含量增加,Fe含量减少可能参与动物发热时的急性期反应,与机体发热时的防御反应有关。
In this experiment, 24 Kunming male rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, fever peak group and fever recovery group. The animals in fever group were injected intraperitoneally with E. coli endotoxin (ET). The author thinks: the contents of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mg in serum of rats after ET fever have nothing to do with the changes of the content of the lower part of the hypothalamus, the content of Cu in the serum increases and the content of Fe decreases, which may be involved in the acute phase reaction when the animals are experiencing fever.
