工会工作是整个企业管理工作的一部分,是一项既复杂而又艰巨的工作。企业重组改制以后,工会如何落实党的全心全意依靠工人阶级的根本指导方针和“组织起来、切实维权”的工会工作方针,把党的执政能力建设和坚持以人为本,社会经济全面协调可持续发展的科学发展观融入工会,让工会工作紧跟形势,与时俱进,展现作为,努力实现工会工作的创新和发展,是当前企业工会专(兼)职人员需要认真研究和解决的现实课题。
Trade union work is a part of the management of an entire enterprise. It is a complicated and arduous task. After the reorganization and restructuring of enterprises, how can the unions implement the party’s principle of wholeheartedly relying on the fundamental guidelines of the working class and the principle of “organizing and effectively safeguarding rights” in order to build the party’s governing capability and adhere to the scientific and people-oriented principle of a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable social and economic development? The concept of integration of development into the trade unions, keeping the work of trade unions closely in line with the situation, advancing with the times and showing as one, and striving to innovate and develop the work of trade unions, are the realistic topics that need to be carefully studied and solved by the current trade union specialists.
