初级卫生保健的基本内容之一是向全体居民提供基本药物。基本药物指的是,在一定情况下,为人群中大多数疾病的合理治疗和预防所需的药物。本中心受WHO西太区办事处的委托,开展了《中国农村初级卫生保健适宜技术和基本药物》的课题研究工作,于1989年2月—10月分别对8个省、市、自治区的13个县、30个村进行了调查。现仅对农村基层卫生室的用药情况作一分析,供参考。现状调查资料表明,30个村卫生室共有药品438种,平均每个卫生室拥有71种。在438种药品中,西药占83.84%,中成药占16.16%。西药的百分构成情况见表1。从表中可以看出,抗生素类占
One of the basic elements of primary health care is to provide all residents with essential medicines. Essential medicines refer to drugs that are required for the rational treatment and prevention of most diseases in the population under certain conditions. The Center was commissioned by the WHO Western Pacific Office to carry out the research work on “China’s rural primary health care appropriate technologies and essential medicines”. From February to October in 1989, it was applied to eight provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions. The counties and 30 villages conducted surveys. Only an analysis of the use of drugs in rural primary health clinics is provided for reference. According to the survey data of the current situation, there are 438 kinds of drugs in 30 village clinics, and there are 71 types of medicines in each clinic.
