通过静态吸附-解吸实验研究了SQD201树脂吸附-解吸钒的交换平衡和动力学特性,考察了pH值、温度和溶液浓度对离子交换过程的影响.结果表明,在298K、pH=2.0、溶液浓度为0.040mol/L条件下,SQD201树脂的静态饱和吸附量为573.80mg/g;钒在SQD201树脂上的吸附是吸热过程,符合Langmuir等温吸附方程.吸附和解吸过程主要受颗粒扩散控制,吸附过程的表观活化能为20.41kJ/mol,解吸表观活化能为22.21J/mol.吸附机理分析表明,SQD201树脂主要吸附的钒阴离子为H2V10O284-,H2V10O284-与树脂的理论摩尔比为1:4.
The exchange equilibrium and kinetics of adsorption-desorption of vanadium in SQD201 resin were investigated by static adsorption-desorption experiments. The effects of pH value, temperature and solution concentration on the ion exchange process were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of 298K, pH = 2.0, The static adsorption capacity of SQD201 resin was 573.80mg / g under the condition of 0.040mol / L. The adsorption of vanadium on SQD201 resin was an endothermic process, which accorded with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation. The adsorption and desorption processes were mainly controlled by particle diffusion and adsorption The apparent activation energy was 20.41kJ / mol and the apparent activation energy of desorption was 22.21J / mol.The adsorption mechanism analysis showed that the main vanadium anion adsorbed by SQD201 resin was H2V10O284-, the theoretical molar ratio of H2V10O284- to the resin was 1: 4.
