目的:研究大孔树脂吸附分离纯化异长春花苷内酰胺的工艺,为异长春花苷内酰胺的工业化生产提供参考。方法:采用静态吸附-解吸方法,从10种大孔吸附树脂筛选出最佳树脂,另外采用单因素影响试验,对吸附量、水洗脱体积、乙醇洗脱浓度及体积进行了考察。结果:HPD400大孔树脂对异长春花苷内酰胺的吸附及解吸附效果最好,树脂的最佳吸附量为20.23 mg.g-1,水及30%乙醇洗脱体积为6 BV,70%乙醇洗脱体积为4 BV。结论:该法简单可行,分离效果好,对大生产有一定指导作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the technology of macroporous resin adsorption separation and purification of isoprenamide lactamase, and to provide a reference for the industrialization production of isoprenaline lactone. Methods: The best resin was screened from 10 kinds of macroporous adsorption resins by static adsorption - desorption method. In addition, the adsorption capacity, the volume of water elution, the elution concentration of ethanol and the volume of ethanol were investigated by single factor experiment. Results: HPD400 macroporous resin had the best adsorption and desorption effect on allopuronol lactam. The best adsorption capacity of resin was 20.23 mg.g-1, the volume of water and 30% ethanol was 6 BV, the adsorption capacity of 70% The elution volume of ethanol is 4 BV. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, the separation effect is good, and it has some guidance to large-scale production.
