屋面防水施工的传统作法一般都是三粘四油,它往往受到天气、环境、材料和其它条件的限制。目前,一种新的施工方法:即屋面冷防水施工方法正在普遍受到人们的关注。我处位于黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市,是一个具有房屋建筑、铁道路基、桥涵、轨道施工能力的综合建筑单位。我们于1988年5月在加北工程段新建锅炉房低跨平屋面进行冷防水施工试验。半年多来,齐齐哈尔已经多次降大雨、暴雨,但用这种方法施工的屋面无漏雨、无变形,初步证明,这种屋面施工方法是可行的,具有广阔的前途和推广价值,故将这种方法作如下介绍。
