通过分析目前工业现场存在的设备种类繁多,不同厂商提供的设备在系统集成时存在复杂性及困难性等现状,提出利用FDT/DTM与EDDL相结合的技术实现不同设备的集成。针对FDT技术在设备故障诊断方面的不足,提出了在设备类型管理器(DTM)中融入故障诊断功能,构建了故障诊断DTM模型,实现了对在线设备运行状态的实时监视和诊断,以提高工业生产的安全性。最后给出了将FDT/DTM技术与故障诊断技术相结合的系统。
By analyzing the existing variety of devices in the industrial field and the complexity and difficulty of the devices provided by different vendors in the system integration, this paper proposes the integration of different devices by using the combination of FDT / DTM and EDDL. In view of the shortcomings of FDT technology in equipment fault diagnosis, this paper proposes to integrate fault diagnosis function in equipment type manager (DTM) and build fault diagnosis DTM model, which realizes real-time monitoring and diagnosis of running status of equipment in order to improve industrial Production safety. Finally, the system combining FDT / DTM technology with fault diagnosis technology is given.
