为了快速准确地测量岩心的孔隙度 ,文章提出了一种基于线性拟合的测量方法。该方法是用 7个标准钢心测得孔隙体积关于初始压力与平衡压力的 2 1组数据 ;用最小二乘法进行线性拟合 ;计算标准体积罐的体积、阀体积增量、管路与夹持器顶端的死体积 ;用岩心代替标准钢心测初始压力 ;计算出岩心的孔隙体积、颗粒体积与孔隙度。这种方法理论根据充分 ,实验流程结构简单 ,操作控制方便 ,孔隙度测量误差小于 1%
In order to measure the porosity of cores quickly and accurately, a method based on linear fitting is proposed. This method uses 21 standard steel cores to measure 2 1 sets of pore volume data for initial pressure and equilibrium pressure, linear fit with least square method, calculate standard volume tank volume, valve volume increment, piping and clamp The dead volume at the tip of the holder; the initial pressure was measured by the core instead of the standard steel; the void volume, the particle volume and the porosity of the core were calculated. This method is based on sufficient theory, the experimental process is simple, easy to operate and control, porosity measurement error of less than 1%
