随着我国国有建筑企业改革的深入,我们逐渐认识到,缺乏对企业经营者的有效激励机制,是国有建筑企业效益难以得到根本改善的重要原因。激励只有形成机制并不断得到坚持和完善,才能持续有效地发挥作用,充分调动广大国有建筑企业经营者的积极性,培养良好的职业道德,造就一支高素质的企业家队伍,最终达到提升个人绩效和组织绩效的目的。
