建筑施工企业属于劳动密集型企业,由于其用工多,管理不规范,易给造成造成较大的用工风险。本文分析了建筑施工企业人力资源风险的特点,提出相应改进措施,以期降低用工风险。
Construction companies are labor-intensive enterprises, because of their employment and management is not standardized, easy to cause a greater employment risk. This paper analyzes the characteristics of human resource risk in construction enterprises and puts forward corresponding improvement measures in order to reduce the employment risk.
