Objective To explore the value of GMs quality assessment in high risk management. Methods A total of 74 preterm and low birth weight children with systemic physical examination (physical examination) were enrolled in this study from October 2014 to December 2015. The GMs were assessed for quality and followed up to 18 months of age. Results A total of 74 high risk children participated in the GMs quality assessment. Among them, 46 cases were completed in the first stage, 12 cases were normal, 26.09% were suspicious and abnormal, and 73.91% were suspicious and abnormal. 28 cases completed the second stage and 24 cases were normal, accounting for 85.71%, suspicious and abnormal in 4 cases, accounting for 14.28%. Follow-up to 18 months of age, found that 1 case of large motor development retardation. Conclusions Early screening of GMs in high-risk infants can be used to predict and predict the early onset of delayed maneuvers. Early screening, early diagnosis and early intervention are needed to minimize the incidence of children with disabilities and to improve children’s health quality.
