新课程背景下,课堂教学模式以教师为中心转变为以学生为中心,教师培训作为提升教师素质的重要途径,其重要性被提到前所未有的高度。教师培训者是教师培训主要实施者,面临着尚未建立协调有序的教师培训组织体系、培训内容设置偏重理论、忽视参训者需求、传统授课形式单一等问题,需要国家、省、市各级教师培训机构共同努力,建立规范、有序、高效的培训机构网络体系,科学设置培训内容,创新培训形式,提高教师培训的实效性,切实提高中小学教师的整体素质。
Under the background of new curriculum, the classroom teaching mode has changed from teacher-centered to student-centered, and teacher training has become an important way to improve the quality of teachers. Its importance has been mentioned to an unprecedented level. Teacher trainers are the main implementers of teacher training. They face the problem of not having established a coordinated and orderly system of teacher training organizations, focusing on the training content setting, ignoring the needs of participants and the single form of traditional teaching and learning. All these require national, provincial and municipal levels Teachers’ training institutions work together to establish a standardized, orderly and efficient network of training institutions, set training content scientifically, innovate training forms, improve the effectiveness of teacher training, and effectively improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers.
