水文与水资源工程专业前景广阔与毕业生就业形势不理想形成较大反差,造成这种境况的根源是目前培养的学生工程意识淡薄和实践能力差造成的。主要原因包括培养者对工程意识和实践能力培养缺乏应有的重视;教师缺乏实践训练,影响教学效果;教学内容和模式的制约以及大学生工程实践机会严重不足等。本文提出通过建立闭环培养体系、形成产学研结合人才培养模式和提高教师的工程意识与实践能力三个方面的途径解决这一困境。
The bright prospects of the major of hydrology and water resources engineering and the unsatisfactory employment situation of the graduates form a great contrast. The root of this situation is the current poor cultivation of students’ engineering awareness and poor practical ability. The main reasons include the lack of proper attention of cultivators to engineering consciousness and practical ability training, the lack of practical training of teachers, the influence of teaching effects, the restriction of teaching contents and modes and the serious shortage of college students’ engineering practice. This paper proposes to solve this dilemma by establishing a closed-loop culture system, forming a mode of cultivating talents in industry, teaching and research, and improving teachers’ awareness of engineering and practical ability.
