“South, North Man ” is the new term for the representative political space created by Japan and Russia in the hegemony of Northeast China in 1905. All the previous researches have elaborated the origin of the two from the angle of political history. However, from the perspective of economic history, the evolution of the political area under the control of the economic area and that of the southern and northern Manchurian regions has indeed been in line with the control of Russia under the control of Japan and the two ports of Dalian and Andong Under the economic hinterland of Vladivostok in the process of contention of the territory into one, two in one, Japan and Russia in the process of hegemony northeast, Japan gradually penetrate through the market to expand its forces from Nan Man to North Manchuria, finally passed in 1935 “Three-Port Three Lines ” (Dalian Port, South Manchurian Railway; Andong Port, An Feng Railway; Qingjin Port and Jijia Railway) completely controlled the economic interests of the entire northeast region. Since then, “South, North Man ” also gradually fade out the history of the word.
