Infrared target background simulation device is the key equipment in the semi-physical simulation of infrared guided weapons. The accuracy of the dynamic angular position of the infrared simulation target generated by the device determines the confidence of the simulation experiment. In this paper, the measurement method of dynamic angular position accuracy of infrared target background simulation device and the design of measuring equipment - optical dynamic goniometer are discussed, and the measurement results of the dynamic angular position accuracy of the infrared target background simulation device are provided
