目的确定我国粮食产品安全标准的整合修订思路。方法采取资料比较分析法和专家座谈调研法,对比我国与国际食品法典现行粮食产品标准,并对粮食产品安全相关的重点指标进行研讨,明确我国现行粮食产品标准已有的指标类型。结果根据食品安全国家标准定位,确定粮食产品安全国家标准整合修订的思路是充分考虑粮食产品特殊性、紧扣粮食产品安全指标,清理整合现行粮食国家标准,结合我国粮食相关政策实际,提出保障消费者健康的粮食产品强制性标准。结论我国粮食标准的体系框架中强制性的粮食安全产品标准应紧紧围绕粮食产品的安全性指标而不断完善。
Objective To determine the revisions of the integration of food product safety standards in China. Methods The data comparison analysis method and expert discussion and research method were used to compare the current food standards of China and the International Codex Alimentarius. The key indicators of food safety were discussed, and the existing index types of the current food product standards in China were clarified. Results According to the national standard of food safety, the idea of integrating and revising the national standards for food product safety was to fully consider the particularity of food products, closely monitor the food product safety indicators, clean up and integrate the existing national food standards, and put forward the guarantee of consumption based on the actual situation of China’s grain-related policies Healthy food products mandatory standards. Conclusion The mandatory food safety product standards in the framework of China’s food standards should be continuously improved around the safety of food products.
