Improving the sense of organizational fairness between labor dispatch system employees and regular employees and enhancing work performance are problems that state-owned enterprises urgently need to solve. Organizational justice is an essential factor affecting the work performance of labor dispatch system employees. This paper takes Chengdu's state-owned power enterprises as an example. Through the related theoretical research on the organizational justice and work performance of the labor dispatch system of state-owned power enterprises, the mechanism of the labor dispatch system's organizational justice is derived. Some relevant countermeasures and suggestions were raised to improve the organizational justice labor dispatch system's understanding to enhance a better attitude and performance.
