2002年5月至9月对天津主要的南美白对虾养殖区及发病情况进行了连续调查。调查结果表明,天津市养殖的南美白对虾自5月底开始发病并出现死亡,7、8月份进入发病死亡高峰期。引起死亡的主要原因是池水中有机物含量增加,NH_3浓度升高和溶氧含量降低,水质恶化,水体中致病菌大量繁殖,导致白对虾体质和抗病力下降,以致诱发病毒性白斑综合症的发生,造成白对虾的大量死亡。本文对疾病病理变化进行了总结和分析,对养殖模式,水质情况及防治方法进行了讨论。
From May to September, 2002, a continuous survey was conducted on the main white shrimp culture area and the incidence of P. vannamei in Tianjin. The survey results showed that P. vannamei farmed in Tianjin started to die and died from the end of May, and entered the peak incidence death in July and August. The main cause of death is the increase of organic content in pool water, the increase of NH_3 concentration and the decrease of dissolved oxygen content, the deterioration of water quality and the multiplication of pathogenic bacteria in water body, leading to the decrease of body constitution and disease resistance of white prawn and the occurrence of viral white spot syndrome , Resulting in a large number of white shrimp death. This paper summarizes and analyzes the pathological changes of the disease, and discusses the culture mode, water quality and prevention and cure methods.
