日本当代著名戏剧家铃木忠志,对莎士比亚的《李尔王》进行了大胆而富有创造力的改编,展现了鲜明的铃木特色:直面人生荒诞的主题呈现和超越时空、超越民族的舞台表达。无论从文本的改编还是舞台呈现,他突破莎翁原著中李尔王一时一地的故事,通过双线结构映照人性的普遍脆弱,突出呈现人生的荒诞性。铃木忠志通过演员极端化肢体语言、多国语言融合、舞台设计、音乐设计等舞台元素为主题服务,从而实现其创造性演绎。
Japan’s famous contemporary drama actress Suzuki Tadashi, bold and creative adaptation of Shakespeare’s King Lear, shows distinctive Suzuki characteristics: the theme of facing the absurdity of life presents and transcends the stage expression of time and space and surpassing the nation.
