In this study, the effect of different temperature (15 ℃, 25 ℃ and 35 ℃) on the respiration of Cunninghamia lanceolata soil (0-10cm) in Nanping, Fujian Province was studied in a 90-day indoor culture experiment. The results showed that soil CO and release rate changed obviously with the incubation time and culture temperature. At 15 ℃, 25 ℃, 35 ℃, the average soil respiration rate and cumulative respiration increased gradually and reached the highest at 35 ℃. The soil Q10 value (temperature coefficient) differed significantly in the early (day 2) and end (day 90) cultivation. Soil Q10 averaged 2.0 at the incubation temperature range of 15-25 ° C, while the Q10 averaged 1.2 at 25-35 ° C. Soil respiration rates generally decrease with incubation time throughout the incubation period. After 90 days of cultivation, the cumulative carbon released by the soil was lower and the ratio of the initial carbon to soil before cultivation was less than 10%.
