基于中国30个省市2000-2013年的面板数据,利用方向距离型函数DEA模型,考察不同要素配置优化模式下的中国区域能源影子价格,研究表明中国各区域的能源影子价格长期高于市场价格,这种背离随时间变化呈现波动性缩小趋势,不同要素配置优化模式下各区域能源影子价格及其与市场价格的背离情况均存在较大的差异。并引入Bootstrap方法对影响能源影子价格的因素进行了实证检验,结果显示:不同要素配置优化模式下各区域间影响因素系数和显著性水平差异不大。结论表明,要素配置优化模式应因地、因时实施。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2013, the DEA model of distance distance function was used to investigate the shadow prices of China’s regional energy under different factor allocation optimization models. The research shows that the shadow price of energy in various regions of China is higher than the market price for a long time. This deviation shows a trend of decreasing volatility over time, and there are significant differences between the shadow price of energy in each region and the deviation from market prices under different factor allocation optimization models. The Bootstrap method was introduced to empirically test the factors affecting the energy shadow price. The results show that there are no significant differences in coefficient of influence factors and significance between different regions under different factor allocation optimization models. The conclusion shows that the optimization mode of factor allocation should be implemented due to location and time.
