钝挫伤性视网膜水肿(视网膜震荡)可引起视力丧失,但各例预后不同。我们用两种钝力建立了动物模型。在轻度挫伤,视网膜水肿在1周内消退,组织学检查仅见脉络膜充血和视网膜轻度水肿,视网膜电图(ERG)一过性下降。而重度挫伤的视网膜水肿持续到2周,遗留色素脱失和沉着,视网膜外层结构破坏,ERG持续下降,荧光眼底血管造影(FFA)见荧光渗漏。本实验提示视网膜挫伤可分两型,在伤后1~2周行ERG和FFA有助于诊断和估计预后。
Blunt contusion retinal edema (retinal shock) can cause loss of vision, but the prognosis of each case is different. We established animal models with two blunt forces. In mild contusions, retinal edema subsided within 1 week, histologic examination revealed only choroidal congestion and mild retinal edema, with a transient decrease in electroretinography (ERG). Severe contusion retinal edema continued to 2 weeks, leaving the pigment deprived and calm, the destruction of the outer retinal structure, ERG continued to decline, fluorescence fundus angiography (FFA) see the fluorescence leakage. The experiments suggest that retinal contusion can be divided into two types, 1 to 2 weeks after injury, ERG and FFA line diagnosis and prognosis.
