采用碳廓清法、免疫器官重量法、鸡红细胞溶血素法等手段观察丹仙康骨胶囊对正常小鼠及免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响，结果提示该制剂具有增强小鼠机体免疫功能的作用。
The effects of Danxiankanggu Capsule on immune function of normal mice and immunocompromised mice were observed by means of carbon clearance method, immune organ weight method and chicken red blood cell hemolysin method. The results indicated that the preparation had enhanced immune function in mice. effect.
