In the process of enterprise management, the trade union organizations have gradually become the party’s solid fortress in the enterprise, shouldering the mission of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers, vigorously promoting the responsibility of the party’s ideological and policy work, and playing an irreplaceable role in the development of workers and enterprises.
