前言牧草消化速度是指牧草在反刍动物瘤胃中单位时间内被消化的数量或者用单位时间内消化饲草的百分数表示。是以动态学的观点研究牧草在反刍动物瘤胃中不同时间被消化的程度。随着科学技术不断的发展,多种人工模拟瘤胃测定饲料消化率方法的发明,则为饲草消化动态研究方面提供了更有利的方便条件。目前国外已研究出许多有关反刍动物消化动态模型。Waldo(1972)提出了饲料在瘤胃中消化速度和未消化食物糜自瘤胃排出的流通速度。Merttns和Ely(1979)研究出12个速度常数论述消化过程的综合动态模型。
Introduction Forage digestion refers to the amount of pasture that is digested in the ruminant’s rumen per unit of time or is expressed as a percentage of digested forage per unit of time. Is to study the degree of digestion of pasture in the rumen of ruminants at different times from the viewpoint of dynamics. With the continuous development of science and technology, a variety of artificial simulated rumen digestibility of feed method of invention, the forage for digestion dynamics provides more convenient conditions. At present, many foreign countries have developed a dynamic model of ruminant digestion. Waldo (1972) proposed the rate of feed digestion in the rumen and the rate of passage of undigested food from the rumen. Merttns and Ely (1979) developed 12 dynamic constants to describe the digestion process.
