以ICR纯种小鼠的骨髓细胞为实验材料,用诱变剂环磷酰胺(CPP)诱发的微核(MN)和姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)作指标,对部分常用的滋阴补阳方药进行抗突变研究,发现六味地黄汤、金匮肾气丸等8种方药对环磷酰胺诱导的MN有不同程度的抑制作用,其中4种方药对环磷酰胺诱导的SCE有明显的抑制作用。
