传统的五分类血液分析仪一般与化学方法配合使用以提高白细胞的分类精度,增加了仪器结构的复杂程度和仪器的使用、维修成本。设计了一种特殊结构的光学系统,该系统引入了对后向散射光的检测,并采用直流(DC)信号、激光前向散射信号和后向散射信号相结合的方式实现了白细胞五分类。实验结果表明装有该系统的样机对LYM、MON、NEU、EOS、BAS的分类相对偏差均小于5%,其性能与血液分析仪Mythic 22接近。优化后的光学系统可完成对白细胞的原位检测和分类,且具有结构简单、性能稳定的特点。
The traditional five-category blood analyzer generally used in conjunction with chemical methods to improve the classification of white blood cells accuracy, increasing the complexity of the instrument structure and the use of equipment, maintenance costs. A special structure optical system was designed. The system introduced the detection of backscattered light and implemented the five - cell classification of white blood cells by combining the direct current (DC) signal, the laser forward scattering signal and the backscattering signal. The experimental results show that the relative errors of the classification of LYM, MON, NEU, EOS and BAS are lower than 5% for the prototype equipped with the system, and its performance is close to that of the blood analyzer Mythic 22. The optimized optical system can detect and classify white blood cells in situ, and has the advantages of simple structure and stable performance.
