本文在指出美国最近颁发的军用规范——有人驾驶飞机的飞行品质(MIL-F-8785C)与原规范8785B 主要修订点的同时,着重分析其更改的依据,从而对8785C 作一简要的评述。8785C 中的滚转操纵效能的要求和大气扰动二个部分,根据国内、外有关科研资料作了较详细的评价,通过分析认为,8785C 对滚转操纵效能的要求和大气扰动的要求是更为合理,同时也进一步证实了1980年作者在飞行力学专业组第三次会议上提出的“对战斗机空战阶段滚转操纵效能”的建议的正确性。文章最后强调在飞行品质研究中,随着飞行控制系统的发展,地面飞行模拟器建设的重要性。
