作者采用磁疗机,以输出50Hz连续式正弦交变磁场治疗实验性肺部炎症过程,观察其疗效的形态学表现。实验用107只兔,分13组,分别用三种不同磁感强度(2.5、9、35mT)在实验性肺部炎症(放入卡普隆线头引起的)的不同时期(第20～30、25～35、35～45、40～60、50～60天,及第45天取除线头后的第4天)进行不同治疗时间(10、30、60、120及180分钟),不同频度(每日一次,每日二日)和次数的实验。
The author uses a magnetic machine to output 50Hz continuous sinusoidal alternating magnetic field for the treatment of experimental pulmonary inflammatory process and observe the morphological manifestations of its efficacy. Seven hundred and seven rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. The rabbits were randomly divided into three groups with different magnetic induction (2.5, 9, 35 mT) at different periods of experimental pulmonary inflammation (induced by capron thread) 25 to 35, 35 to 45, 40 to 60, 50 to 60 days, and day 4 after the withdrawal of the thread on the 45th day) at different treatment periods (10, 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes) (Once daily, daily two days) and the number of experiments.
