采用博力飞黏度计测试竹炭改性聚酯熔体的流变性能,对其黏度、非牛顿指数、结构黏度指数进行分析。结果表明:竹炭改性聚酯表现为切力变稀流体,竹炭母粒的加入明显降低了纯聚酯的非牛顿指数,且使结构黏度指数较大幅度提高,可加工性降低,在挤出成型加工的剪切速率范围内(γ=103~104 s-1),熔体黏度较为稳定因,此适当降低成型温度有利于挤出成型的稳定性。
The rheological properties of bamboo charcoal modified polyester melt were tested with Boli flying viscometer, and its viscosity, non-Newtonian index and structural viscosity index were analyzed. The results showed that the bamboo charcoal modified polyester showed shear thinning fluid. The addition of bamboo charcoal master batch obviously reduced the non-Newtonian index of pure polyester, and greatly increased the structural viscosity index, and decreased the workability. After extrusion In the range of shear rate (γ = 103 ~ 104 s-1), the viscosity of the melt is relatively stable, which is beneficial to the stability of extrusion molding.
