Following the unprecedented high-frequency tightening policy of raising interest rates five times in nine months, the People’s Bank of China and the China Banking Regulatory Commission once again took a heavy blow to the property market with high prices, speculative atmosphere and increased loan repayments on September 27 - - Loans have been used to purchase housing and apply for a second (or more) housing loan. The down payment ratio should not be less than 40%, and the loan interest rate should not be less than 1.1 times of the same benchmark interest rate released by the central bank.
