在企业竞争日益加剧的背景之下,企业人力资源管理问题成为影响该企业进步、发展与否的关键性因素。本文以当前我国大多数企业为案例,深入分析现阶段企业人力资源管理过程中存在的瓶颈问题,探究相对应的具体解决对策,提出注重人力资源规划设计、加强人力资源管理体系优化等具体对策,以期为相关企业人力资源管理工作的顺利开展提供参考与帮助。
