在考察苦参片质量,寻找含量测定方法及制定质量标准过程中,经实验证实;一分子硅钨酸可与四分子含两个氮原子的苦参生物碱结合,沉淀组成形式是Si_2·12WO_3·4R·2H_2O(R代表生物碱分子)。实验所得化学因数与理论计算的化学因数十分接近。从而确定测定苦参制剂总碱含量的硅钨酸盐法。用该方法测得十批苦参片总碱含量,认为每片总碱含量不低于10mg较为恰当。
In the process of examining the quality of Sophora flavescens, looking for content determination methods and setting quality standards, it was confirmed by experiments that one molecule of silicotungstic acid can be combined with four molecules of alkaloids containing two nitrogen atoms, and the precipitation composition is Si_2·12WO_3 · 4R · 2H_2O (R represents alkaloid molecules). The chemical factor obtained from the experiment is very close to the theoretically calculated chemical factor. Thus, the silicotungstate method for determining the total alkali content of the Sophora flavescens preparation was determined. The total alkali content of ten batches of Kushen tablets was measured by this method, and it is considered that the total alkali content of each tablet is not less than 10 mg.
