本文提出了采用数学逼近方法,将小型高压离心式风机的性能曲线(Q-H)近似为二次抛物线,与流体管道阻力方程联立,求得风机风量Q与圆管蝶阀阻力系数ξ的一元二次方程。将已知的ξ随蝶阀开度α的变化值代入方程,并描成图,得出风机的风量Q与蝶阀开度α的关系曲线。该曲线可应用于定量控制和调节风机的风速和流量,为设计蝶阀开度的有级档位和自控装置,提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the mathematical approximation method is proposed to approximate the performance curve (QH) of a small high-pressure centrifugal fan as a quadratic parabola, and to establish the equation of fluid pipeline resistance equation equation. The known ξ with the butterfly valve opening α change into the equation, and plotted to draw the fan of the air flow Q and the butterfly valve opening α curve. The curve can be used to quantitatively control and regulate the wind speed and flow rate of the wind turbine. It provides a theoretical basis for designing the stepped gear and automatic control device with the opening of the butterfly valve.
