金黄色葡萄球菌是重要的条件致病菌,能引起食物中毒以及院内感染等严重公共卫生事件。细菌分型技术是重要的分子流行病学调查手段,近年来获得了较大发展。目前国内外常用的金黄色葡萄球菌分型方法主要有SCCmec分型、核酸脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)、多位点序列分析(MLST)、多位点可变数目串联重复序列分析(MLVA)和Spa typing等,作者从技术原理、结果解释、方法学评价等角度对上述技术进行结算。同时,从可操作性、可重复性、分辨力、数据比对等方面综合评价上述分型技术,认为PFGE具有较高的分辨力,适合对暴发疫情进行研究,MLST、MLVA适合对菌株的长期进化进行研究,Spa typing适合应用在常规监测中。
