近年来,大冶市总工会通过调动各方面积极性,发挥联动优势,不断完善体制机制,突破工资集体协商过程中“基层工会不敢谈、企业不愿谈、职工不会谈”的瓶颈,使企业和职工都尝到了开展工资集体协商的甜头。2012年,大冶市签订工资专项集体合同199份,覆盖企业1580家,企业工资集体协商建制率达90%,职工工资增长率达14%以上。完善三个机制,突破工会“不敢谈”瓶颈
