本文采用电弧熔炼/Cu模吸铸法制备尺寸为70 mm×12 mm×1.5 mm的片状无Ni型Zr_(60)Cu_(19)Fe_5Al_(10)Ti_6块体非晶合金.利用SRV摩擦磨损试验机考察了锆基块体非晶合金在干摩擦、蒸馏水和PBS人工模拟体液润滑下的摩擦磨损性能.利用形貌仪测量了块体非晶合金的磨损体积.利用SEM和EDS分析了块体非晶合金表面磨痕形貌及磨损产物成分.结果表明,在PBS溶液润滑条件下,块体非晶合金的磨损机制以腐蚀磨损及氧化物膜剥落导致的疲劳磨损为主.
In this paper, an amorphous Ni_ (60) Cu_ (19) Fe_5Al_ (10) Ti_6 bulk amorphous alloy with a size of 70 mm × 12 mm × 1.5 mm was fabricated by arc melting / Cu die-casting method. The tribological properties of zirconia-based BMGs under dry friction, distilled water and artificial simulated body fluid lubrication with PBS were investigated by using a testing machine.The wear volume of the BMGs was measured by a profilometer.The SEM and EDS The results show that the wear mechanism of the bulk amorphous alloy is mainly caused by the corrosion wear and the wear and tear caused by the peeling off of the oxide film under the condition of lubricating solution of PBS solution.
