随着科学技术的发展,生活水平的提高,食品的种类越来越多,结构越来越复杂,待测组分的含量越来越少,对检测结果的精度和准确度要求也越来越高。本文结合实际工作中碰到的一些问题,从样品的制备、基质的干扰等几个方面分析了样品的前处理在仪器分析中的重要性,提出样品前处理方法的改进,减少误差,提高检测结果的准确性。
