近几年来,韩国音像制品对我国及其他亚洲国家的出口迅速增加,形成一股强劲的“韩流”。相比之下,外国音像制品对韩国的出口尽管也有所增长,但相对缓慢,这与韩国政府积极扶持本国音像制品的生产和出口、适度控制国外资本和节目输入的政策是分不开的。事实上,韩国采取的是官民并举、努力把民族音像产业做强、做大的政策。我国于2001年12 月正式加入世贸组织,尽管对广播影视业市场开放的承诺有限,但在国际竞争日趋激烈及全面建设小康社会的大背景下,如何扶持国内产业的发展,积极开拓国际市场,有步骤地开放国内市场,是政府及广播影视业者
In recent years, the export of Korean audiovisual products to China and other Asian countries has rapidly increased, forming a strong “Korean Wave.” In contrast, the export of foreign audio-visual products to South Korea despite its growth has been relatively slow, which is inseparable from the ROK government’s policy of actively supporting the production and export of domestic audio-video products and moderately controlling foreign capital and program input. In fact, South Korea has taken the policy of making both civil and government work hard to make the national audiovisual industry stronger and bigger. Although China formally joined the WTO in December 2001, despite its limited commitment to the liberalization of the radio, film and television industry, under the background of increasingly fierce international competition and building an overall well-to-do society, how can we support the development of the domestic industry and actively explore the international market? To open the domestic market step by step, is the government and radio, film and television industry
