目的:建立HPLC测定花蛇解痒胶囊中蛇床子素的含量方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Phenomenex SynergiC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,4μm),乙腈-水(62∶38)为流动相,检测波长322 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温室温。结果:蛇床子素在0.077～0.772μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为105.0%,RSD 1.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为花蛇解痒胶囊中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of osthole in Huashe Jieyang Capsules by HPLC. Methods: Phenomenex Synergi C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 4 μm) and acetonitrile-water (62:38) were used as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 322 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- . Results: Osthin had a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) between 0.077 and 0.772 μg with an average recovery of 105.0% and RSD 1.5% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used as a method for the determination of Osthole in Huashe Jieyang Capsule.
