本文对自费和免费麻风病人的健康及卫生服务利用状况进行了比较研究。结果表明：对病人实行部分收费以后，新发病人确诊时的皮损及畸残发生率增加，而且程度较重。但对病人从就诊到确诊的影响作用不明显，对病人是否中断治疗的影响也不明显。建议在改善卫生服务状况的同时，加强麻风病人的管理工作。
This article compares the health and health service use of self-paid and free leprosy patients. The results showed that the incidence of skin lesions and disability after the new patient was diagnosed was increased and heavier. However, the effect on the patient from the visit to the diagnosis is not obvious, and the effect on whether the patient interrupts the treatment is not obvious. It is recommended to strengthen the management of leprosy patients while improving the state of health services.
