为了给野生山杏资源评价及其新品种选育提供理论依据和实践指导,对内蒙古山杏优良单株的果实变异程度、变异类型、果实性状与产量和出仁率之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:在山杏的单果质量、果长、果宽、果之长宽比、果肉厚、果径等果实的数量性状指标中,单果质量的变异最大,其选择潜力也最大;根据单果质量的变异程度可将山杏果实分为6个类型,即小果型、较小果型、中果型、较大果型、大果型、极大果型;根据果长的变异特点可将山杏果分为7个类型,即极短果型、短果型、较短果型、中果型、较长果型、长果型、极长果型;根据果宽的变异程度可将山杏果分为7个类型,即极窄果型、窄果型、较窄果型、中果型、较宽果型、宽果型、极宽果型;根据果之长宽比的变异程度可将山杏果分为6个类型,即宽圆果型、较宽圆果型、中果型、较长圆果型、长圆果型、极长圆果型;根据果肉厚的变异程度可将山杏果分为7个类型,即极薄果肉型、薄果肉型、较薄果肉、中果肉型、较厚果肉型、厚果肉型、极厚果肉型;根据果径长的变异程度可将山杏果分为4个类型,即短果径型、较短果径型、中果径型、较长果径型。相关性分析结果表明,山杏果实各性状指标与产量无显著相关,而单果质量、果长、果宽、果径与山杏出仁率显著相关。主成分分析结果表明,3个主成分的累积贡献率达81.145%,第一主成分主要代表为单果质量、果长、果宽、果肉厚、果径长等遗传性状,第二主成分主要代表为果实的长宽比,第三主成分主要代表为产量和出仁率。
