介绍了电脉冲除冰系统的加速度试验,并以峰值加速度为脉冲效果的评判标准,研究了该系统的脉冲性能参数如储能电容器的初始放电电压、电容器的电容量、脉冲线圈与试验蒙皮之间的间距、脉冲线圈的外径以及绕制线圈导线的厚度对脉冲效果的影响。结果表明,放电电压越大,电容量越大,脉冲线圈-试验蒙皮的间距越小,导线厚度越大均会使得峰值加速度增大;但脉冲线圈外径为60 mm的峰值加速度要高于外径为40 mm与80 mm的。该结论可用于指导电脉冲除冰系统的设计。
The acceleration test of electric pulse deicing system is introduced and the peak acceleration is taken as the criterion of pulse effect. The pulse performance parameters of the system are studied, such as initial discharge voltage of capacitor, capacitance of capacitor, pulse coil and test skin The distance between the pulses, the outer diameter of the pulse coil and the thickness of the wound coil conductor on the pulse effect. The results show that the larger the discharge voltage is, the larger the capacitance is, the smaller the distance between the pulse coil and the test skin is and the larger the wire thickness is. The peak acceleration of the pulse coil with an outer diameter of 60 mm is higher than OD 40 mm and 80 mm. This conclusion can be used to guide the design of electrical pulse deicing systems.
