PA-1细胞是一株从人卵巢性畸胎瘤衍生的细胞株,经10~(-5)mol/L视黄酸诱导后,部分细胞的形态和排列方式发生一定的改变。通过细胞免疫荧光染色,发现诱导后细胞的结蛋白和胞外基质(纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白和腱粘连蛋白)表达与分布模式有较大的变化,并且这些变化与细胞形态改变相关。但大部分PA-1细胞诱导后的生长状况并没有较大的改变,仍分泌与表皮生长因子、类胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ相关的活性物质。以上结果提示PA-1细胞经视黄酸诱导后一部分细胞可能向肌细胞方向分化。
PA-1 cell is a cell strain derived from human ovarian teratoma. After induction with 10~(-5) mol/L retinoic acid, the morphology and arrangement of some cells changed. By immunofluorescence staining, it was found that the expression and distribution patterns of desmin and extracellular matrix (fibronectin, laminin, and laminin) of the cells after induction were greatly changed, and these changes were related to changes in cell morphology. However, most of the PA-1 cells did not show significant changes in their growth status after induction. They still secreted active substances related to epidermal growth factor and insulin-like growth factor-I. The above results suggest that some cells may be differentiated into myocytes in PA-1 cells induced by retinoic acid.
