为进一步给肾上腺皮质机能的研究提供资料,笔者对去肾上腺大白鼠给予糖皮质激素,抽取血液,用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法分离大白鼠血清,获得5条区带,分别为白蛋白、α_1球蛋白、α_2球蛋白、β球蛋白和γ球蛋白;并用费林—吴宪氏法测定了大白鼠的血糖;同时进行了白细胞分类计数。结果表明,去肾上腺大白鼠血清蛋白含量中的白蛋白下降,α球蛋白有升高的趋势,β球蛋白升高,γ球蛋白基本无变化;血糖含量显著下降;血液中单核细胞、嗜中性白细胞减少,淋巴细胞增多,嗜酸性白细胞略有增加。给予糖皮质激素后,血清蛋白质含量中白蛋白升高,α球蛋白有升高趋势,β球蛋白降低;γ球蛋白下降;血糖含量升高;血液中单核细胞、嗜中性白细胞升高,淋巴细胞减少,嗜酸性白细胞趋于减少。
