目的调查北京丰台农村地区成年居民日均饮水量及其影响因素,为水质健康风险评价奠定基础。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,对选定的调查对象近1周饮水状况面对面进行问卷调查,并用带刻度定量容具对调查对象每日每次饮水量进行比对估计。结果丰台农村地区成人日均饮水量为2 219±49 ml,男性日均饮水量为2 367±73 ml,女性日均饮水量为2 065±64 ml,男性日均饮水量高于女性(P<0.05);30~39岁和60岁以上人群高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);本市居民高于流动人口(P<0.05);不吸烟者高于吸烟者(P<0.05)。结论成人日均饮水量受多因素影响,水质健康风险评价应综合考虑各因素条件下的日均饮水量。
Objective To investigate the average daily drinking water and its influencing factors of adult inhabitants in Fengtai rural area in Beijing, and lay the foundation for water quality health risk assessment. Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to conduct face-to-face survey on drinking status of the selected subjects in one week. The daily drinking water volume of each subject was estimated with a quantitative measuring instrument. Results The daily water intake of adults in Fengtai rural area was 2 219 ± 49 ml, the average daily water intake of male was 2 367 ± 73 ml, and the average daily water intake of female was 2065 ± 64 ml. The average daily water intake of male was higher than that of female <0.05). The population aged 30-39 and over 60 was higher than other age groups (P <0.05). The residents in this city were higher than those in floating population (P <0.05), and those in non-smokers were higher than those in smokers (P <0.05). Conclusion The average daily drinking water intake of adults is affected by many factors. The water quality health risk assessment should take into account the daily average amount of drinking water under various factors.
