本文采用能进行直接观察的可视化试验机,在改变发动机的进气条件、喷油特性、燃烧室形状、转速等影响燃烧的参数的情况下拍摄燃烧照片,观察火焰的传播,测出火焰的回旋速度。同时,根据测录的缸内气体压力,算出不同时期的放热量和平均指示压力。以此为基础对燃烧过程进行分析,为燃烧系统的设计和建立多维燃烧模型提供实验依据。
In this paper, visual observation machine can be used for direct observation, changing the engine intake conditions, injection characteristics, the shape of the combustion chamber, the combustion speed and other parameters that affect the burning case, observe the flame spread, measured the flame swing speed. At the same time, according to the recorded gas pressure cylinder, calculate the different periods of heat release and the average indicated pressure. Based on this, the combustion process is analyzed, which provides experimental basis for the design of combustion system and establishment of multi-dimensional combustion model.
