人和动物羰基镍急性中毒的危害器官(靶组织)为肺脏,其次为脑。但羰基镍在实验动物体内代谢、分布的研究不多,为得到这方面的详细资料,作者选用一些近代技术进行了实验研究。动物为NMRⅠ及C_(57)-BL,雌雄小鼠,体重25 g。羰基镍系`(63)Ni及~(14)C标记,比放射活性为44.2μCi/mg Ni。采用放射自显影、置换~(63)Ni及液闪计数方法进行观察。
Human and animal carbonyl nickel acute poisoning of harmful organs (target tissue) for the lungs, followed by the brain. However, there is not much research on the metabolism and distribution of carbonyl nickel in experimental animals. In order to obtain the detailed information in this respect, the author chose some modern technologies for experimental research. Animals were NMR Ⅰ and C_ (57) -BL, male and female mice, weighing 25 g. Nickel carbonyl nickel (63) Ni and ~ (14) C labeling, the specific activity of 44.2μCi / mg Ni. Using autoradiography, displacement ~ (63) Ni and liquid scintillation counting method were observed.
