目的探讨25-羟基维生素D与妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法选择2014年1月—2015年1月在武宁县中医院进行产前查体的70例孕妇,其中糖尿病孕妇35例作为观察组,正常孕妇35例作为对照组。观察两组孕妇25-羟基维生素D、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)以及维生素D水平水平、甲状旁腺素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果两组孕妇TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FBG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组FINS、25-羟基维生素D、甲状旁腺素、HOMA-IR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。25-羟基维生素D与甲状旁腺素无相关性(r=-0.063,P>0.05),与HOMA-IR呈负相关(r=-0.994,P<0.05)。结论 25-羟基维生素D与妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胰岛素抵抗具有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and insulin resistance in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 70 pregnant women were examined in Wuning County Chinese Medicine Hospital. 35 pregnant women with diabetes as observation group and 35 normal pregnant women as control group. The levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D, total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), fasting insulin (FINS) , Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and vitamin D levels, parathyroid hormone, insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). Results There was no significant difference in TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and FBG between the two groups (P> 0.05). FINS, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, parathyroid hormone and HOMA- Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D and parathyroid hormone (r = -0.063, P> 0.05), but negatively correlated with HOMA-IR (r = -0.994, P <0.05). Conclusion 25-hydroxyvitamin D is closely related to insulin resistance in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.
