南京电视新闻是近年来地方台新闻改革中被屡屡提及的案例,它引发了全国民生新闻栏目群体崛起的现象。但随着市场竞争的加剧,民生新闻的一些不和谐现象也引起了来自学界和业界的质疑与批判。本文以实地调研和深度访谈为基础,概括出南京电视新闻经过三年的成长之后,出现的三种发展趋向:树立公益品牌;政经新闻民生化;打造公共平台。同时对媒介行业自律与政府规管之间的相互协调进行初步思考。
Nanjing TV News is a frequently cited case in the news reform of local Taiwan in recent years. It has triggered the rise of groups of people’s livelihood news in the country. However, with the intensified market competition, some discordant phenomena in the livelihood news have also aroused questions and criticisms from academics and the industry. Based on field research and in-depth interviews, this article summarizes three development trends that emerged after three years of growth of Nanjing TV News: establishment of public-interest brands; political and economic news and people’s livelihood; and building a public platform. At the same time, some preliminary thinking is made on the mutual coordination between media industry self-regulation and government regulation.
